Welcome to Mosswell. These terms govern your use of mosswellhome.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Mosswell is the trading name of a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore, UEN 53529711D, at 60 Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 409051. General contact: hello@mosswellhome.com. Returns and refunds: support@mosswellhome.com.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the initial order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we can't authorise payment, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been a pricing or description error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor; we don't store your card details.

Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs depending on your screen; minor variations in appearance don't constitute a fault. Our products are for ordinary domestic use — please follow any instructions supplied.

Shipping, returns and refunds. Delivery timescales and coverage are in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to refunds and replacements are in our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
