Welcome to Mosswell. These terms govern your use of mosswellhome.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Mosswell is the trading name of a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore, UEN 53529711D, at 60 Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 409051.

1. Using this site
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or scrape its content for commercial use.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion — for example where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and what's included.
Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs depending on your screen. Product images are representative; minor variations in appearance don't constitute a fault.
We may change or discontinue products at any time. Availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's been confirmed. We'll contact you if this happens.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We don't store your card details.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the initial order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we can't authorise payment, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been a pricing or description error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timescales, costs and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, the Mosswell name and mark, and page design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
7. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing.
You confirm that the content is yours to give, is accurate, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
We do not publish fabricated reviews, and we do not remove reviews simply for being critical.
8. Liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law:
- We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost time, or loss arising from your use of a product other than as intended
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Product use
Our products are for ordinary domestic use. Please follow any instructions supplied. We aren't responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or installation contrary to the instructions.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
