Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet.

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of being placed. We hand orders to the warehouse within 24 hours; the rest of the window is dispatch and transit. We don't offer an expedited option, because we'd only be selling you a promise we don't control.

When your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link. Tracking often shows nothing for the first day or two — a tracking number is created when the label is printed, not when the parcel moves. This is normal and resolves on its own.

If you order several items they may arrive separately, sometimes on different days. You're never charged more than once for shipping.

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks, email support@mosswellhome.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the carrier. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace it or refund you.
